1. How do I register on www.navin.co.in?

You can register at www.navin.co.in by following any one of the following simple ways: –

By clicking Register on Home page.

  • Simply enter your “Email Address” and press Register button. password will be sent to your email address.

Register while you shop for first time on www.navin.co.in

  • While you confirm your order in Navin shopping cart, click on “Checkout” to proceed to the Billing Details page.
  • On the Billing Details page, enter your “Email Address” which you wish to keep for Navin online account and check  Mark on “ Create an account” to register.
  • The password for your Navin online account will be sent to you through email. To change your password, please see “My Account” after Login.

2. What If I forgot my account password, or wish to change it?

If you forget your Navin online account password, just follow these simple steps:

  • Click My Account on Home page
  • Click on ” Lost your password?” tab, redirect to password reset page. Enter your register mail id, Click on ” Reset Password” Button” you will received new password on your email Inbox.
  • Please use this dummy password at Login to visit your Account. Once logged in you can change your password from “My Account”

If you wish to change your Navin online account password, please follow these simple steps:

  • Visit the”My Account” Page from top of the website. Click on “Account Detail” Tab.
  • Enter your Current password than ” New password” & “Confirm new password” and after Click on “Save Change” Button . Your New password and confirm password must be same.

1. How do I shop for an item on www.navin.co.in ?
You can select the category of product that you wish to purchase. Once the category page is opened, you may select the product based on your requirement / interest. You can filter products based on Price, Brands, features, etc. Once you have selected the product of your choice you can add the product to your cart and proceed to check out, wherein you will be redirected to the order placement page. Here you can make payments and finalize the order. Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation on your registered email id and mobile number.

2. Can I book multiple orders at once?
Yes, you can book multiple orders at once. You can follow the same process for all orders as mentioned above.

3. Why am I not able to get my products shipped to my location?
We are currently servicing only Surat City.

4. How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once your order is booked in the system, you will get a confirmation email and SMS on your registered email id and mobile number respectively. You will also receive a confirmation call from our customer service team confirming your order.

5. Can I order multiple quantities of a product?
Yes, you can order multiple quantities of a product on the website.

1. How many days does it take to ship my order?
Once the order is confirmed in our system, the product will be delivered to you within 1-2 working days.

2. How will be the delivery done?
The product will be delivered by Navin Electronics logistics team. The product will be physically shipped and delivered to your doorstep.

3. Are there any shipping charges?
We offer Free Shipping on all our products delivered within Surat City. Product delivery free till ground floor, extra charges applicable as per condition.

4. Does www.navin.co.in deliver Pan India?
No, currently www.navin.co.in does not cater to Pan India locations. We are servicing Surat City only.

5. How can I track the shipping of my order?
You can track contact our customer care on 9904989944 or drop an email to us on info@navin.co.in to know the status of your delivery.

6. What if my billing & shipping address are different?
You can have different addresses for billing and shipping, however the shipping address cannot be changed once the order is placed.

7. What if I receive a defective or damaged product?
In such case please do not accept the delivery and return the product to the delivery executive and intimate us about the issue on our customer care no 7874600300 or mail us at info@navin.co.in . The replacement shall be processed within 72 working hours (Subject to stock availability). We strongly recommend that you do not open the package or try to install it on your own before the brand representatives arrive for installation. This will ensure that any defective / damaged items are identified by the brand representative.

1. If I am not satisfied with the product, can I cancel or return my purchase?
Yes, you can cancel or return the product, only when the product is in delivery stage. Post-delivery of the product, you can cancel or replace the product in case of damage, manufacturing defect or mismatch in the product ordered and the product delivered.

2. How can I cancel or return an order at www.navin.co.in ?
You can raise an order cancellation request after logging in your account or contact us at 9904989944 or write to us at info@navin.co.in to cancel or return the product.

3. How will I be reimbursed for the products I have cancelled or returned?
All cancellation and refunds will be processed as per our cancellation policy. The reimbursement will be done within 7 working days in the form of bank transfer or cheque. The amount may reflect in your account within 2-3 days post transfer according to the bank’s processing timelines.

4. Which orders are covered under ‘Return Policy’ of Navin Electronics ?
Currently all orders are covered under the return policy. However, please check our cancellation and returns policy for further details.

5. Can I return an order at the Navin store directly?
No, you cannot return an order at the Navin store directly.

6. Can I replace a purchased product?
Yes, you can get your purchased product replaced if you receive it in a damaged or non-working condition. For more details please go through our cancellation and returns policy.

7. Can I return or replace the product which I purchased from Navin Store?
No, you cannot return or replace the product at www.navin.co.in. However, for store related queries you can contact our customer care team at 7874600300 or write to us on info@navin.co.in

8. If I am returning the product, do I have to return free item received along with it?
Yes, you will have to return all the free gifts, accessories and packaging materials along with the product.

2. Will my bank details will be stored by www.navin.co.in ?
No, your bank details will not be stored by www.navin.co.in in adherence to policies and guidelines of RBI.

3. Do you accept International cards?
Yes, we are currently accepting all international cards.

4. Do you provide COD payment option?
No, currently we do not provide COD as a payment option.

3. What are the steps to avail Installation & demo for my product?
Installation / demo request will be raised by Navin customer care team once the order is placed. You will receive a call/SMS from the brand along with a service request either on the estimated date of delivery or the next day. In case you do not receive this acknowledgment on this time, please reach out to us on our customer care number 7874600300 or mail us on info@navin.co.in . The brand engineer will visit you within 72 working hours of the delivery or within the mutually decided convenient time.

4. What are the steps to avail service for my product?

You will receive a call/SMS from the brand along with a service request either on the call registration day or the next day. In case you do not receive this acknowledgment on this time, please reach out to us on our customer care number 7874600300, the brand engineer will visit you within 72 working hours of the call registration or within the mutually decided convenient time.

5. Whom should I contact in case of complaints with my product?
Complaint call needs to be raised by the customer by online at www.navin.co.in\navin-care  or calling Navin customer care no. 7874600300 or mail us on info@navin.co.in. You will receive a call/SMS from the brand along with a service request either on the call registration day or the next day. In case you do not receive this acknowledgment on this time, please reach out to us on our customer care number 7874600300. The brand engineer will visit you within 72 working hours of the call registration or within the mutually decided convenient time.

6. Whom should I contact in case my product is out of warranty and I want to get the issue resolved?
Service request will be raised by the customer by online at www.navin.co.in\navin-care  or calling Navin customer care no. 7874600300 or mail info@navin.co.in us on  Navin Customer Care team will forward the request to the concerned brand / manufacturer. The extension of warranty will on chargeable basis payable to the brand engineer directly during site visit.

7. Can I add my GST Number once the Invoice is generated?
No, GST number will not be added once the invoice is generated. You can mail us on info@navin.co.in to change in GST number before last date of month.

8. Can I change my billing name & address once the invoice is generated?
No, the change in billing name and address will not be possible once the invoice is generated. You can mail us on info@navin.co.in to change billing name and address before last date of month.

9. Can I change my registered mobile no.?
No, it will not be possible to change the registered mobile number once the account is created.
